David Concepcion joined America Rising in 2021 and serves as the Media Monitoring Director. Previously, he served as the Deputy War Room Director at the Republican National Committee. David holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. He lives in Virginia with his wife and daughter. On his free time, he enjoys cooking, biking, and cheering for A.C. Milan.
