Christy Paavola serves as Research Director at America Rising. During the 2022 cycle she helped lead America Rising’s House Team. Previously, she’s worked as a researcher at several organizations, including Bullpen Strategy Group and the Republican National Committee. In 2015 and 2016, she was Research Director for CARLY for America, the Super PAC that supported Carly Fiorina’s campaign for president. Besides her research work, she has worked in the U.S. House of Representatives for former Representatives Reid Ribble (R-WI) and Jim Sensenbrenner (R-WI). Christy holds a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University Wisconsin.
